Junior Red Sox Baseball Camp

CAMP ACTIVITIES

Campers will have a wide and diverse experience. In addition to the main theme of the camp, our camp will work hard to have the kids enjoy: (MBA players recognized as they are announced as VIP guest).

To make the camp experience fun and growth-oriented, the young campers will be challenged individually as well as in a group. Our Ropes courses and Climbing Wall are excellent activities that, while offering fun, adventure and challenge, provide real and safe opportunities to grow and discover inner strengths and confidence.

A Typical Day
7:00 am - Wake up
7:30 am - Healthy and yummy breakfast and fruit bar
8:30 am - Roll Call/Announcements, leadership motivational pep talk
Warm Ups - Stretching
9:00 am - Stretching and cardio warm up baseball skill fundamental drills ever day - batting cage, hitting off the tee, quick ball, fielding infield/outfield, catching drills, pitching concepts and techniques, bunting, base running, stealing, smart baseball play - players are video taped and then studied during evening hours

10:45 - Morning snack and juice
12:00 - Healthy Lunch and salad bar

1:00 pm - Rest Hour and Guest Speaker
2:00 pm - Specialty Instruction and/or climbing wall, tennis, swimming, canoeing

Team Defense
Cut Offs & Relays
3:00PM - Scrimmage and healthy snack
4:30 pm - Swim and boating in Lake - Cool Down & Clean up

5:30 pm - Dinner Healthy choices and salad bar

6:00 pm - Camp Activities basketball, whiffle ball, soccer, lake activities, swimming, games etc.
7:00 pm - Night Game under lights - BIG GAME Feeling
8:45 pm - Feature Movie/ videos of days workout, cabin competitions and/or Campfire/snacks
9:15 pm - Showers - Cabin Meeting: process day, check ins, problem solving, storing telling/next day plans
9:30 pm - Lights out

The BIG GAME Feeling: You will hear over the loudspeaker at the Day and Night Time Games
